Allen A. H. and Ellen M. Blessman Scholarship

The Illinois Community College System Foundation (ICCSF) awards students with the Blessman Scholarship in the amount of $800. The student must be enrolled in “Teacher Education” program. Students should demonstrate need for financial assistance and the ability to complete the program. The scholarship will not discriminate among applicants on the basis of race, gender, creed, or political persuasion.
