Community Projects Advanced Technologies Scholarship

The Community Projects Advanced Technologies (ATC) Scholarship is awarded to those seeking achievement of a certificate in Industrial Technology (INT) or Welding Fabrication Technology (WFT). These courses are taken at the College of Lake County Advanced Technology Center. Awards will vary depending on number of courses and other financial considerations with an expected maximum award of $3000.00 for first semester students.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a enrolled within the INT or WFT plan of study at CLC, maintain a GPA of 2.0, demonstrate financial need, and be a current resident of Lake County. Prerequisite and/or student placement criteria may apply to certain programs or program courses. Considerations for selection will include demonstrated financial need, student residence within identified urban enterprise zones, past award amounts granted, and student status within the INT and WFT program. Past awardees are welcome to reapply, although priority will be given to first time applicants.
