Forward Dental - Dental Hygienist Endowed Scholarship

Forward Dental – Dental Hygienist Endowed Scholarship provides $500 awards to students accepted in the CLC Dental Hygiene program. Amount and number of awards vary and are dependent upon current fund balance. Award is directed toward tuition, books and other college-related expenses.

FAFSA required prior to awarding decision

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours within the CLC Dental Hygiene program, have a minimum GPA of 2.0, demonstrate financial need, and must have completed BIO 245, BIO 246, and ENG 121 with a “C” or better.
