Dr. Michele Vaughn's "No Single Parent Left Behind" Scholarship

Dr. Michele Vaughn’s “No Single Parent Left Behind” Scholarship provides a $1250 award, per student/semester, to a student enrolled in any plan of study at CLC who is a single parent. Number of awards vary and are dependent upon current fund balance. Award directed to tuition, fees, books and other expenses such as child care.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be enrolled in any certificate/degree plan of study at CLC, have a GPA of at least 2.0, display financial need, be a current resident of Lake County, and be a single parent. Preference given to a student who has a child currently enrolled in CLC’s Children’s Learning Center.
