Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital DYNAMIC Scholarship

Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital DYNAMIC Scholarship provides an award of at least $1250 per term ($1250 PT and $2500 FT per student per year). Number of awards vary and are dependent upon current fund balance. Award directed toward tuition, fees, books, and other costs of attendance.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in either Emergency Medical Technology, OR Medical Assisting, OR Medical Imaging, OR Nursing, OR Certified Nurse Assistant, OR Phlebotomy Technician, OR Surgical Technician plan of study, have a GPA of 2.7, demonstrate financial need, EFC or SAI less than 6399, be a graduate of North Chicago High School, and a current resident of Lake County. *Preference given to a student enrolled in 12 credit hours or more.
