Lake County Health Improvement Association Scholarship provides $1000 award(s) to student(s) enrolled in a health-oriented degree plan of study at CLC with intention to practice in Illinois or directly benefiting Illinoisans (excludes those intending to practice in Chicago, IL or St. Luis, MO). Amount and number of awards vary and are dependent upon current fund balance. Award directed toward tuition, fees, and books

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours within a health oriented plan of study at CLC, have at least a GPA of 2.0, and should currently reside in Illinois.

This is a scholarship through the CLC Foundation
