In an effort to make scholarship application as convenient as possible for our students, we have reduced the applications from over 100 scholarships down to just TWO scholarship applications: the GENERAL application and the SUPPLEMENTAL application.

The General Application contains a few essay questions, as well as questions about your enrollment and other financial aid. After it is completed, you can fill out the Supplemental Application, which contains a few lists of various scenarios that may or may not apply to you. Once these two quick applications are completed, the scholarship coordinator and scholarship committees will sort your application through over 100 scholarship opportunities to find the best scholarship for you.

We also have a priority deadline of June 1st for scholarship applications here at College of Lake County. This means that if you apply BEFORE June 1st, your application will be considered before other applications completed later. If you complete the application after June 1st, you will still be considered for scholarships, but you will have the best opportunity for aid by applying early.
